How can I pay?

 

I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through them which means I don't see your financial information.  Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.  Also, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.

Where do you ship?

 

I ship worldwide from Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.  

 

Many countries are listed to show postage during checkout (not to worry, you can see the shipping charges before you buy).  If you don't see your country at checkout please contact me with your city, country and postal code and I'll get back with you as soon as possible.  

 

Buyer is responsible for their country's customs charges or import fees (if any).  Also please note delays may occur during importation according to your country's procedures.

 

 

How much is shipping?

 

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and not to worry, you can see the shipping charges before you pay.  

 

 

Who are your shipping carriers?

 

I use Fed Ex as much as possible, but sometimes shipments outside the U.S. require USPS (United States Postal Service).  If you'd prefer UPS or DHL, please contact me as they're rates are a bit higher, but I can certainly accommodate you.

 

 

How do you ship?

 

I package and ship safely and securely.  I've had almost 14 years selling dinnerware online with breakages being extremely rare.

 

 

Is your site secure?

 

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your order. I receive your money through PayPal later.

 

 

Do you accept other forms of payment?

 

Yes I do.  Please contact me if you want to pay via check or money order.

 

 

Do you accept custom work?

 

Yes, please feel free to contact me anytime with your ideas and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.  Photos really help, but a good explanation is fine too!

 

 

What is your return policy?

 

I will refund your money if you are not happy.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please contact me within 3 weeks of delivery to start the process of returning it, exchanging it, and/or receiving a partial or full refund. We'll work it out until you're satisfied!
